Annual Meeting Night 2024
 

The annual meeting is where Members can pay their annual dues for the upcoming 2024 year.  Participate in the board elections. And get an overview of things that were done at the club during 2023 as well as a brief look at what we (all Members) can do to help keep the club a safe, clean and a friendly environment.

 

Board Elections:

   Every year the board seats are up for election.  Meaning, if you are interested in putting your name in the hat for a seat on the board, this would be the time to do so.  Generally, if no one has put their name on the ballot for a board position, the current board members will retain those positions as long as such board members agree to stay on and the Members of the club vote to keep them on for 2024.

Again, all seats are up for election.  We do though have two (2) seats that will be open for replacements as the current board members have announced they will be stepping down.

2. Treasure

 

We are looking now before the annual meeting so we can get the layout of the ballot for the election.  If you are interested in either of these board positions and would like to put your name on the ballot,  please submit your name to Andrew/Secretary at grandmererpc@gmail.com.   This is the Member's Club... we encourage all Members to be involved in the club as much as they can.
