Annual Meeting Night 2025

Monday February 3rd, 2025.

Doors will open at 6pm.  Meeting will begin at 7pm.

The annual meeting is where Members can pay their annual dues for the upcoming 2025 year.  Participate in the Board elections. And get an overview of things that were done at the club during 2024 as well as a brief look at what we (all Members) can do to help keep the club a safe, clean and a friendly environment.

 

Board Elections:

   Every year all board positions are up for election.  Meaning, if you are interested in putting your name in the hat for a seat on the board, this would be the time to do so.  Generally, if no one has put their name on the ballot for a board position, the current board members will retain those positions as long as such board members agree to stay on and the Members of the club vote to keep them on for 2025.

Again, all seats are up for election.  PLEASE NOTE... We do have one (1) seat that will need to be filled,  as the current board member, Andrew Zachary has announced he will be stepping down and not seek re-election as Secretary.

 

We are working on the election ballots, so we are ready before the annual meeting night.  If you are interested in this board position or any Board position and would like to put your name on the ballot,  please submit your name to Andrew/Secretary at grandmererpc@gmail.com.   This is the Member's Club... we encourage all Members to be involved in the club as much as they can.
